2027 WINTER CLINIC

REGISTRATION OPENS MONDAY, NOVEMBER 9


St. Louis Park Fastpitch Association is partnering with Mission Softball to offer winter clinics for players ages 8U through 18U.


These clinics give players a chance to keep developing their softball skills during the offseason, with a focus on fundamentals, skill development, and preparing for the upcoming season.


Led by Mission Softball, sessions will help players build confidence, improve their skills, and stay active throughout the winter.

Scholarship/Financial Assistance

St. Louis Park Fastpitch Association is committed to making softball accessible to families in our community. We understand that registration fees can be a financial challenge for some families. SLPFA offers flexible payment plans to help spread registration costs over time.


For families who need more support than a payment plan provides, limited financial assistance may also be available. We ask families to contribute what they reasonably can toward registration fees so we can continue supporting as many players as possible.


Available Options

  • Monthly Payment Plan: Spread registration fees over several monthly payments instead of paying the full amount upfront.
  • Extended Payment Plan: For families who need additional flexibility, SLPFA may be able to extend payments over a longer period or adjust payment dates to better accommodate their financial situation.
  • Partial Registration Assistance: Families experiencing financial hardship may request assistance to cover a portion of their registration fees. Families are encouraged to contribute an amount they can reasonably afford, and SLPFA will cover the remaining approved balance.
  • Full Registration Assistance: In cases of significant financial hardship, families may request additional assistance, including full coverage of registration fees. Assistance is limited and based on available association resources.


How to Request Financial Assistance

We aim to make the process simple, respectful, and confidential.


  • Step 1: Begin Registration: Log in to PlayMetrics and select the SLPFA program/registration you would like to register for.
  • Step 2: Request Financial Aid: Complete the financial aid request through PlayMetrics. Families may be asked to indicate the type of assistance needed and the amount they can reasonably contribute.
  • Step 3: Request Review: SLPFA will review your request confidentially and determine what assistance may be available. We use a trust-based approach and do not require detailed financial documentation.
  • Step 4: Complete Registration: After we review your request, you will receive information about any approved assistance and the next steps to complete registration.

PLAYMETRICS: REGISTRATION HELP

All SLPFA registrations are completed through PlayMetrics, our online registration and team management platform. Families can create an account, register players, manage payments, and access team information in one place.

Create a parent account, add your player to your family profile, and select the SLPFA program you'd like to register for.


Already Have an Account?

Log in using your existing PlayMetrics account and select the appropriate registration. You can use your saved player and family information for future registrations.


Having Technical Difficulties?

If you're experiencing issues logging in, accessing your account, or completing registration, visit the PlayMetrics Help Center for assistance.

REFUND POLICY

St. Louis Park Fastpitch Association (SLPFA) understands that circumstances may change after registration. Our refund policy is designed to provide flexibility for families while accounting for expenses committed to teams and programs.


Before Registration Closes or Teams Are Formed
A full refund may be issued, minus any applicable processing fees.


After Teams Are Formed but Before the Season Begins
A partial refund may be available, depending on expenses already incurred, including uniforms, insurance, and league fees.


After Practices or Games Begin
Refunds are generally not available once the season begins, as association expenses have already been committed.


Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued due to scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction with team placement, or weather-related cancellations.


Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted to president@slpfastpitch.org. Requests will be reviewed based on the timing and circumstances of the withdrawal.
