SLPFA BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The St. Louis Park Fastpitch Association is a non-profit, volunteer-managed organization dedicated to providing girls in kindergarten through high school with opportunities to participate in recreational and competitive softball. The association emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, skill development, self-esteem, confidence, and positive relationships, while ensuring that the experience is safe, inclusive, and fun for all participants.

The board ensures the association can achieve its mission by:

• Establishing policies and guidelines for consistency and safety
• Managing budgets and finances to fund programs and equipment
• Supporting coaches and volunteers with training and resources
• Overseeing compliance and player safety
• Promoting growth, community engagement, and fundraising
