PARK 8U SOFTBALL
JOIN THE ACTION. JOIN THE FUN.
Our 8U program builds on the fundamentals of softball while introducing players to more game situations, team concepts, and defensive responsibilities in a fun and encouraging environment.
Players hit off a pitching machine, helping them develop greater confidence and consistency at the plate while continuing to improve their throwing, catching, fielding, base running, and overall understanding of the game.
Teams participate in the Big West League, which is part of Minnesota Softball, providing opportunities to compete against teams from surrounding communities.
Teams are formed by elementary school whenever possible so players can participate with classmates and friends. At this level, the focus remains on player development, equal participation, teamwork, and building a love for softball.
